Kosher-certified food-grade rail cars had to be cleaned with production, time, and temperature data captured in electronic reports.
ACE delivered a process that injects superheated water into the rail cars at a set temperature for a set time to ensure sterilization, with PC-based industrial software handling control, data storage, and reporting.
The result is proven sterilized, clean rail cars ready to be reloaded with food-grade products.
